William M. Nolan has been in private practice over 20 years. A graduate of Harvard University and the University of Iowa College of Law, Mr. Nolan practices primarily in the areas of business and construction litigation. In addition, he represents clients in a broad spectrum of commercial and real estate matters, including corporate formation and dissolution, and commercial and residential real estate sales contracts and disputes.

Mr. Nolan has been associate counsel to the law firm of Pitcaithley & Hobbs since 1999, representing P&H clientele in matters including construction contract litigation and arbitration, mechanic's lien enforcement and construction defects cases. He is a member of the State Bar of California, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
